Former PhD Student
Asael Sklar completed his Ph.D. studying non-conscious arithmetical processing in 2015. He then conducted research as a postdoctoral researcher first in the social psychology department in Ohio State university studying self-control and construal level theory and then in the Hebrew university ELSC center for neuroscience studying social vision in children whose vision was restored after years of visual deprivation due to congenital cataracts.
He is now a faculty member in Reichman University's Arison School of Business, where he studies social perception of minorities and motivation. He maintains his decades long bewilderment at the strangeness of human cognition and behaviour.
